Morhpeus8 Body helps with tightening the skin, liquifies fat, improves cellulite, reduces the appearance of stretch marks and scars, improves “rippled” skin, and evens out skin texture. At the fat layer it melts the fat cells which means slimming and tightening.
Morpheus8 Body is a minimally invasive technology that remodels collagen while coagulating adipose tissue. It is a deep fractional radio frequency treatment, deeper than standard microneedling.
A thorough consultation is one of the most critical parts to successful treatment with Morpheus8 Body. Your laser specialist will discuss your concerns as well as your medical history to determine if you are truly a candidate for Morpheus8 Body. Our providers will also take “before” photos during this time so we can follow your progress through your aesthetic journey.
We will cleanse your face with topical sanitizers and then apply a topical anesthetic to minimize discomfort during the procedure. You will need to numb for 45 minutes prior to the procedure. You may also choose to use our Pro-Nox (laughing gas) machine for an extra charge to help if you have a lower pain tolerance and feel that the topical numbing is not enough. Most of our patients only need the topical numbing for the procedure
The laser specialist will start the treatment and continue to assess your skin and reaction during the procedure. Depending on the area and the number of areas/goal of treatment, the procedure typically takes 30-45 minutes.
You will be red and possible have “grid marks” from the RF microneedling treatment. This is dependent on how reactive your skin is and will be discussed in your consultation prior to treatment. While you can see some Morpheus8 results immediately after the procedure, it may take around three to four weeks to see the full Morpheus8 Body results. After a few weeks of the session, you’ll be able to appreciate a healthier, firmer, and more even skin.
Specific aftercare instructions will be provided by your laser specialist. You can also check out our aftercare instructions on the website for more information. As always, please contact us with any questions or concerns.
