Dr. Leahy has been practicing as the Medical Director of Estetica Medspa since January 2020. Dr. Leahy is a board-certified family practice physician with over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic and wellness industry. She is a strong advocate for preventing illness and believes in a multifactor approach to enhance health and overall wellness for optimal aging and stress reduction. Dr. Leahy is certified in all facial injectables, neurotoxins, laser treatments, and hormone replacement therapy. She likes to spend her days on the golf course and traveling as much as possible with family and friends. She is an advocate for all of the team members at Estetica Medspa and she believes in our philosophy of antiaging to guide our patients with the safest and most effective treatments in the industry.
Patty Sommerville
Spa Director
Patty has a wealth of knowledge and experience in business administration along with her associate degree in business. She also has extensive knowledge in the healthcare setting as she is a former graduate of Saint Charles County Ambulance District. Patty has more than fifteen years’ experience leading and building strong teams and successful businesses. “A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. Sara Gozdecki, RN, BSN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Sara is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Sara has an extensive critical care background starting in the ER, then moving to the St. Louis Children’s flight team. In 2018 she transitioned into Aesthetic Nursing. Sara continues to complete extensive trainings to gain experience as an apprentice under the direction and guidance of Tosha Dove-Freund NP. Sara is investing in herself and the safety of her clients by attending numerous aesthetic educational opportunities throughout the year. She is currently obtaining her DNP and plans to focus in women’s health and wellness with an emphasis in anti-aging. Sara is a member of the International Society of Plastic Surgical and Aesthetic Nurses. Sara’s passion for Aesthetics and strong attention to detail are prominent in the relationships she builds with each one of her clients. You will absolutely love creating your Aesthetic journey with Sara!
Ashleigh Braggs, MSN, FNP-C
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Expert Injector
Ashleigh has been with Estetica since June 2021. Ashleigh’s a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the AANP since 2018. She attended SIUE and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014. She then worked in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit where she was a nurse for almost 4 years. While working full time, she obtained her Master of Science Nursing from Maryville University in 2018. Since obtaining her FNP-C she worked at a local urgent care for 3.5 years before making the leap into aesthetics full time. In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys exercising, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family. Ashleigh has been married since 2016 and has three children that keep her busy outside of work! Ashleigh has had the personal experience with insecurities regarding her skin- including acne and fine lines- which has made her even more passionate about helping others feel and look their best and had initially interested her in aesthetics. Last year, Ashleigh completed an extensive shadowing, didactic, and hands on training with Tosha and Sara to gain the knowledge and skills to preform injections safely and help patients achieve the results they have been looking for. She also continues to build on her knowledge by attending additional trainings and conferences to stay up to date on the newest techniques. Ashleigh can’t wait to build trusting relationships with her patients and guide them along their aesthetic journey!
Lexi Knisely, RMA
Medical Assistant
Lexi is a Westminster College Graduate with a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and Associate’s in Spanish. Throughout college Lexi worked at the local hospitals preforming phlebotomy and lab technician duties. Following graduation Lexi moved back to Saint Louis to work at the local urgent care for 1.5 years before joining the Estetica Team! “I have always had a passion for helping people look and feel their best, while also loving the medical field’s continuous growth in research and knowledge; so, aesthetics in the medical field has been a dream come true” Lexi works closely with our providers and patients as our medical assistant. You may find Lexi assisting you to your providers room, numbing you pre-procedure, or maybe just around the office! Lexi hopes to grow with all our patients and aid in their beauty and wellness journey at Estetica Medspa!

Brooke is a Spa Coordinator and Medical Assistant at Estetica Medspa. She is one of the first smiling faces you will see to greet you as you walk in for your appointment. Brooke was always interested in medical aesthetics and wanted to convert her passion for anti-aging, she has been with Estetica Medspa since July 2022. Brooke has over 10 years’ experience in Customer Service and Retail Sales. Brooke loves making clients feel like the most beautiful version of themselves and can assist you in preparing for all of your aesthetic needs and procedures in our front and back office.
Jamie is one of the friendliest Spa Coordinators at Estetica Medspa. She is a licensed esthetician and has been in the industry for over 15 years. She thrives to give each person an unforgettable experience each time. Jamie will assist you with all your scheduling and treatment needs here at Estetica Medspa.
Hailey Creech
Assistant Manager-Lead Spa Coordinator
Hailey is the newest member of the Estetica Medspa family. She has a Bachelor of Science and business administration with a focus in marketing from University of Central Missouri. She is an expert in providing excellent customer service and has managed front desk operations as well as multiple training programs within the healthcare administrative environment. She possesses strong leadership characteristics with effective planning and multi-tasking. You can assure that Hailey will be able to assist you with any of your personal needs to make sure your appointments at Estetica are seamless. She is one of the first faces you will see as you check in and is ready to assist your every need at Estetica Medspa.
Lana Weaver, LME
Master Esthetician & Laser Specialist
Lana has been in the Aesthetic industry for almost 30 years and has been performing certified laser services for 13 years. She is highly trained and skilled in advanced skincare regimens as well as anti-aging. Her true passion is to help all her clients look and feel their best by achieving maximum results with skincare rejuvenation. She is certified in Morpheus8 micro needling RF, evoke non-surgical skin tightening and PRP. She is an expert in her field with knowledge on laser services as well as all other medical grade treatments such as chemical peels, micro needling with PRP, Diamond Glow and HydraFacial. She loves educating her clients during her complementary consultations on a treatment regimen designed to best fit your budget and desired goals. Rebecca Loewen

Rebecca is experienced and certified in ablative and non-ablative laser procedures including skin resurfacing, skin tightening, IPL photo-facials, and hair reduction. She is certified in Morpheus8 micro needling RF, evoke non-surgical skin tightening and PRP.
Passionate about continued education, Rebecca is a certified trainer on all laser platforms nationwide This allows her to provide her clients the newest, most effective, and safest treatments.

Hailey entered the esthetics industry in 2019, after attending the Salon Professional Academy in Saint Charles, Missouri. Hailey is a detailed, compassionate and result driven licensed esthetician at Estetica Medspa. She is passionate about providing the very best results for all her clients including medical grade skincare regimens, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, HydraFacial, Diamond Glow and microneedling with PRP. Hailey has been with Estetica Medspa since October of 2021. She is certified in Morpheus8 microneedling RF, evoke non-surgical skin tightening and Lumecca IPL.
