Tosha is the founder and leading nurse injectable specialist for Estetica Medspa. Born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri, Tosha attended nursing school locally in St. Louis. After graduating nursing school and obtaining her R.N., Tosha spent time in the ER and critical care environment. Since then, Tosha has obtained her Nurse Practitioner License with a focus on adult health and wellness. It has always been her passion to help others achieve their optimum level of health and beauty. With the help of internationally known injection specialists and board-certified plastic surgeons, Tosha obtained master level certifications in Neuromodulators, Dermal Filler, and facial rejuvenation. Tosha continues to advance her education and training into the areas of Aesthetic and Dermatology nursing. She is a certified national trainer for Allergan, the creators of Botox Cosmetic and has trained thousands of other physicians and nurse injectors in the field of aesthetic medicine. Tosha is a member of the International Society of Plastic Surgical and Aesthetic Nurses. Sara Gozdecki, RN, BSN, NP-S
Master Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Sara is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Sara has an extensive critical care background starting in the ER, then moving to the St. Louis Children’s flight team. In 2018 she transitioned into Aesthetic Nursing. Sara continues to complete extensive trainings to gain experience as an apprentice under the direction and guidance of Tosha Dove-Freund NP. Sara is investing in herself and the safety of her clients by attending numerous aesthetic educational opportunities throughout the year. She is currently obtaining her DNP and plans to focus in women’s health and wellness with an emphasis in anti-aging. Sara is a member of the International Society of Plastic Surgical and Aesthetic Nurses. Sara’s passion for Aesthetics and strong attention to detail are prominent in the relationships she builds with each one of her clients. Ashleigh Bragg, MSN, FNP-C
Master Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector
Ashleigh is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the AANP since 2018. She attended SIUE and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014. She then worked in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit where she was a nurse for almost 4 years. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2018. Since obtaining her FNP-C she worked at a local urgent care for 3.5 years before making the leap into aesthetics full time. In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys exercising, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family. Ashleigh has had the personal experience with insecurities regarding her skin- including acne and fine lines- which has made her even more passionate about helping others feel and look their best. Ashleigh completed an extensive shadowing, didactic, and hands on training with Tosha and Sara to gain the knowledge and skills to preform injections safely and help patients achieve natural results. She also continues to build on her knowledge by attending additional trainings to stay up to date on the newest techniques. Ashleigh can’t wait to build trusting relationships with her patients and guide them along their aesthetic journey!
