What Can I Expect During Botox/Dysport Treatment?
At Estetica, our approach is not to restrict movement entirely, but rather to minimize movement in order to give the face a softer and more natural look. We tend to start with small doses and then work our way up if needed. Anytime we treat for the first one or two times we will have you come in for a follow up appointment 2 weeks after your initial treatment to check on your results and make refinements if needed. Botox/Dysport injections are excellent treatments for the face, but they’re not the answer to everyone's concerns. How Long Does Botox/Dysport Last?
Botox/Dysport treatment results take approximately 3-10 days to be seen. Some treated areas may take quicker than others, so we recommend waiting a full two weeks before returning for refinements if needed. A lot of the time, any concerns are resolved once the treatment has fully settled. In order to maintain your result we recommend that you re-treat the area approximately every 3-4 months. You want to be re-treated before reaching full contraction of that muscle. You can discontinue treatment at any time and if you choose to do so the treated area will return to the way it was before treatment.
